Suggested Readings

As a clinician I recommend a number of books to clients. These are not all necessarily clinical books by nature, but they are the best books I have read which motivate one to change. This may appear to be a short list, but I do this on purpose. I offer a simple place to start your journey. I do not benefit financially or otherwise by promoting these books. I simply wish to highlight a few works that, in my opinion, every person should read at least once in their life. This list is likely to expand over the years, but for now, these four books will change your life.
